Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Notice

Clients must provide at least prior 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule the specific tour.

2. Late Cancellations

If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours of the scheduled for the specific tour, it will be non-refundable.

3. No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for there scheduled pickup time without notice will be charged the full amount.

4. Rescheduling

We’re happy to reschedule your specific tour at no extra charge if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Emergencies

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an urgent situation, please notify us as soon as possible so we can work with you under the current situation.

6. Deposits and Prepayments

For any tour services, a deposit must be required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled tour date if proper notice is given.

7. Non-Refundable Entrance Tickets

Kindly note that certain entrance tickets (such as Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future, Dubai Frame, etc.) are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled once booked. We appreciate your understanding.

8. Policy Agreement

By booking a tour or service with Get Arabian Guides, clients agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
